Our pre-school program is based on the Montessori Method of Education. It is a holistic approach to education in which we encourage the development of the child as a balanced person. In the early years we recognize and respect the uniqueness and individual capabilities and interests of children and allow children to learn and develop confidently at their own pace.

An approved kindergarden program incorporating the Early Years Learning Framework is also integrated in our pre-school-program. This has direct links to the activities the children carry out as part of the Montessori Curriculum as well as the planned activities for the week. This integrated programme is structured over a full day with dual learning sessions. Strong emphasis is placed on reading, writing and numeracy skills as part of our school transitioning program.
